SensiFlow, accessible at sensiflow.io, is an information and resource service on high sensitivity (HSP).

We collect only strictly necessary data:

• Email address — when signing up for our newsletter or receiving HSP test results.
• HSP test score — optional, only if you choose to receive your personalised guide.
• Anonymised navigation data — via Google Analytics (GTM), only if you have consented to analytical cookies.

3. Purposes

• Sending your personalised guide by email (score + tailored resources)
• Sending a weekly newsletter on high sensitivity (with explicit consent)
• Improving the service via anonymised navigation statistics (with consent)

4. Legal Basis

Processing of your data is based on your explicit consent (opt-in). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sub-processors

• Brevo (Sendinblue) — contact management and email sending. Data hosted in the EU.
• Google Analytics via GTM — navigation statistics (only if consent given).
• Neon / PostgreSQL — secure database for newsletter subscribers.

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscription, data is deleted within 30 days.
